It is with great sadness that the Parish Council learnt of the death of Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II, at her Scottish home, Balmoral.
Our thoughts are with the Royal Family at this very sad time.
On 6 February 2022, she became the longest reigning British Monarch and had enjoyed many of the festivities of this, her Platinum Jubilee year. Many of us have never known another Monarch and few will see another Platinum Jubilee.
The Parish Council recognises that many parishioners will wish to pay their respects and therefore please see details below about the condolence books that will be available:

Stafford Borough Council have made the following arrangements for a Local condolence book:
if you wish to sign a condolence book in person or lay floral tributes (please ensure you use the designated arranged areas), you can do so from Saturday, 10 September, at:
St Marys Church, St Marys Place, Stafford ST16 2AP – 9am – 6pm
Floral tributes may be laid at St Marys Church.
